To Manage all features, visit the VoIP link under the customer sign-in menu click on "DIGITAL PHONE LOGIN". The first time you visit, login with your 10-digit phone number, and you'll need to set the password up with your customer care representative. If you have issues or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
When prompted to enter your passcode, enter "4227#" the very first time you log in.
Follow the instructions to enter your personal passcode.
From this point forward you will need your personal passcode to access voicemail.
In order to access your voicemail from a remote location, simply dial your home number. When your greeting begins to play, press *. You will then be asked for your personal passcode.
Troubleshooting Tip: If you are having difficulties with your phone, can’t call out, receive calls or have no dial tone, please reset your modem by unplugging the power cord, remove the battery if it has one, and plugging the power cord back in. Then reinstall the battery. If this does not resolve the issue, please feel free to contact us.
