If you are not in an outage area, and have trouble with your service, as always please power down your modem, router and any other equipment connecting to the internet (remove the battery if equipped) and power up. DO NOT PRESS THE RESET BUTTON. It will take about 5 minutes to sync back up after this action. If this action does not restore service, please report it to us using the Service Request form below, or call us at (855) 552-2253. You can also view the various help articles under the Support menu option above.
