do you serve where i live?
IF I NEED HELP, HOW CAN I REACH YOU AFTER HOURS?
During the day, you can call us and get directly connected to one of our customer care representatives. Outside business hours, if you need help with any of our services, you can still get the same personal care and attention! Just call us at 855-552-2253 and choose the appropriate option on the phone menu when prompted. An on call dispatch tech will call you back as soon as possible to help you with your issue.
Can I pay my bill online?
You certainly can! Just go to www.mywhitecloud.us and enter your account number and PIN shown on your bill. If you don't have a PIN number, just contact us, and we can set one up for you!
Where do i find my wifi password?
You'll find your WiFi password on a label attached to your ICC provided equipment. It will either be on a label we printed and attached, or on the factory label on the back. For detailed information on this, go to our Internet Tips page.
is there a contract or credit check for new services?
Great news! There are no credit checks or contracts with our service. We only require that you have no former financial obligations with Inside Connect. We expect you'll like our service and will keep us for as long as you need a service provider. Should you need to disconnect for any reason, we only require a 30 day notice to disconnect.
