How it works: You request the upgrade, you don't pay the new rate until you're billed for the next month's service. If we've already billed for the old rate, you keep that rate until we bill again. So if you have our 25/2.5mbps package and ordered 200/20mbps before we bill for March, you don't pay any pro rated difference. We bill for the 200mbps rate effective March 1, so if you like it you can keep it!. If you decide to go back just let us know and we'll send you a corrected invoice for your old rate.
